At OffGrid Expeditions, we respect your privacy and believe you should have control over your personal information.
We provide processes for accessing, correcting, exporting and requesting deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

How to Submit a Request
If You Have an OffGrid Expeditions Account
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your account dashboard.
- Select Privacy & My Data.
- Choose the type of request you wish to submit.
- Follow the instructions provided.
You can track the progress of your request through the available account functionality.
If You Cannot Access Your Account

Identity Verification
To protect your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before releasing, correcting or deleting records.
Please do not send identity documents through ordinary email unless we have specifically provided a secure method for doing so.
How Long Does It Take?
We review requests in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, requests are generally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
Other applicable legislation may prescribe different procedures or response periods.
Important Information About Deletion
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, dispute-resolution or contractual purposes.
Where applicable, we may anonymise information, restrict its processing or retain specific records where legally justified.
If your account is linked to an operator business, deleting your individual account will not necessarily delete legitimate business records or information belonging to other users.
We will explain any limitations that apply to your request.
